This project belongs to very high end client and is spread over four floors.

Basement has a swimming pool, bar, entertainment area & and a powder room. The use of mosaic tiles in different formats can be seen in the basement.

Ground floor catered to the drawing room, father’s room and kitchen. First floor has both the kids room & master bedroom and second floor has lobby & small guest room.

Ground floor

Drawing room: – The flooring is in Italian with the false ceiling done in POP.

The flooring in entrance, drawing room and the common thread was Satvario, an Italian stone. Easy to clean and durability makes it suitable for wet and high traffic areas.

In the father’s bed room wooden flooring was used beneath the bed area to keep it warm. The hidden lights have been incorporated in the flooring which acted as night lamps.

First Floor

The daughter’s room is a typical example of using crystals to accentuate the feminine touch of room. The crystals of different sizes have been hung from the ceiling to give an impact of droplets frozen in air. The flooring used here was clear glass with the pit depth filled in artificial rose petals. The dyed leather flooring has been used to give a border to glass flooring. Digital printing on glass was thrown as a back drop to add an element of interest.

The lobby décor on each floor was accessorized by using the best means to create an outstanding ambience by virtue of furniture, accessories and lighting. The use of stainless steel framed mirror, wicker craft chairs, CNC cut and white duco MDF was used as partitions.

The master bedroom on first floor saw the use of copper bent pipe clad over lacquered glass to form the highlighter for bed back wall. The bed in leather quilting and gold leafing gave a grand attrite to the whole look.

The son’s room had a digital printed glass specially fabricated in one piece.

Second Floor

The second floor lobby opened into the terrace area which had the cabana. A little bigger in size, it permitted our endeavor to design creatively. The bar table was made in lacquered glass with corian top. The backdrop of the bar was in designer lacquered glass. The ceiling elegantly carried MDF engraving in stainless steel colour.

The study area hosted digital printing as a back drop to open book case. Study table in SS legs with lacquered glass counter tops gave a very contemporary look.

The bathrooms stood for both style and substance. There are some high tech equipments installed in bathrooms like electric floor warming systems, steam free mirrors, towel warmers, steam chambers. Jacuzzis designed around the concept of chromo therapy were also added in the bathrooms. Multijet showers, rain showers and luxury jetted tubs were installed in different bathrooms.

The bathrooms had a different concept and gave a Spanish look than the contemporary followed in the whole house. Copper gliding, stainless steel CNC cut, mosaics and Swarovski were the materials introduced in bathrooms in different formats. The vanities were made using corian, wood & glass.

The furniture spoke of luxury. Branded leather sofas, dining in SS and glass and beds with Swarovski used in quilting are a few to name.

The whole design concept was more contemporary version of luxurious interior designs that opts for quiet warm neutral color themes, less pompous and more elegant; luxury that provides style with comfort and calm to your mind and body.
